- Research availability and secure wedding date at the resort Negotiate discounted group room rates and group perks
- Coordinate guest's reservations and payments - one point of contact, no large call centers!
- After hours support line for in-travel emergencies
- Custom wedding website with booking link ($60 value)
- Travel App customized for each guest with travel and wedding event details
- Introduce the group to the resort with detailed list of VIP status, rooming list, flight information, and allergies
- Introduction to the resort wedding planner - planning done by the bride and groom directly with the resort (3 months prior)

Deluxe Package
All the above services plus work directly with Destinations Weddings Designer to plan the details of your wedding rather than the resort's wedding planner!
- Destination Weddings Designer coordinates the wedding specifics with the resort wedding planner
- Consult and confirm decor, floral arrangements, menu, cake, and music for ceremony and reception
- Coordinate reservations for hair and makeup for wedding party in a bridal suite
- Assist with tour and dining reservations for guests

- Detailed day of timeline for vendors and your I DO Crew with text reminders
- Rehearsal direction in conjunction with the resort wedding planner (we work together as a team)
- Comprehensive wedding events timeline provided on your wedding website and travel app
- Work side by side with your photographer to find the best locations for photos (need me to hold your veil for that cool shot, I'm there!) Flowers not the right colors? I'm all over it!
- Best man has gone MIA? I've got his number and am tracking him down! (Dude! Where are the rings?!)
- Reception decor not set up and guests are about to arrive? You better believe I'm jumping in to get it done!
- Wedding crashers? No they didn't! I'll politely show them the door.
