Bradley & Jennifer have reserved a group room block for you at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa, a beautiful, family-friendly all-Inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We have rooms reserved from May 21 through checkout on May 28, 2025. You are welcome to stay longer, based on availability, or extend your stay elsewhere in Mexico. Please reach out to Kristi & Colette for more information about extending your stay. Resort payment schedule: Upon Booking: Deposit due to confirm your room, $250 per person, plus full cost of travel insurance (if applicable). November 2, 2024: 2 nights payment due per reservation January 31, 2025: Full balance due *Monthly payments available - please ask about monthly payment reminders! Resort Cancellation Penalties: * Deposit of $250 per person is non-refundable. * Cancellations after November 3, 2024 = 2 night penalty in addition to the non-refundable deposit. * Cancellations after February 1, 2025 = 4 night penalty in addition to the non-refundable deposit. * Cancellations, shortening the length of stay, or reductions to number of occupants in the room after March 3, 2025 are non-refundable. - You should fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
- Flights are not included.
- The resort is about 40 minutes from the airport
- Please do not book your flights until your room is secured and you have received a confirmation from Explore Your World Vacations.
- Flights should be booked using your name exactly as it appears on your passport.
- Once your flights are booked, please send that information to Explore Your World Vacations so that Airport Transfers can be arranged

It is recommended to renew passports with less than 6 months of validity from your return date. While Mexico is not strict on the 6 month requirement, it is the ticket agent at the airport that will ultimately decide if you will be allowed to board the flight. Airline employees are often trained to follow the 6 month requirement regardless of country requirements. Are you willing to risk it? Our advice, play it safe.

The resort's penalties are based on when you cancel your trip. Cancellations or reductions made after final payment are non-refundable.

Are airport transfers included?
Yes, round-trip airport transfers will be added to your package. We must have your flight information within 3 weeks of your departure date. If we do not receive your flight details within 3 weeks of your trip, this will result in your cancellation of your ground transportation. You will not be refunded any costs for transportation. It will be up to you to find transportation to and from the resort if you do not provide the flight details needed for us to arrange transportation.
Make sure you reconfirm your return transfer with the transportation company 24-48 hours prior to departure. If you are not waiting in the lobby at your assigned pick-up time you will be considered a no-show and will need to have the resort call a taxi at your own expense. Don't miss your transfer!

It is appropriate and much appreciated to tip the resort bellman, housekeepers, restaurant waitstaff, pool servers, and bartenders. While a few dollars may not mean much to you, it greatly improves the quality of life for the individuals who work at the resorts, often 6 or 7 days a week.

Can I have a guest stay with me for just part of my stay?
The occupancy of each room should remain the same through the entirety of the reservation. We can potentially book multiple reservations, if needed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF i DON'T BOOK WITH EXPLORE YOUR WORLD VACATIONS?
The bride and groom have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They kindly ask that you book your hotel within our designated group contract through Explore Your World Vacations. Bookings made through Explore Your World Vacations receive the service and support of their chosen destination wedding specialist in addition to the group benefits.
The hotel does not allow access to anyone who is not staying at the hotel. The hotel does not offer a day pass, which means that anyone who is not staying at the hotel wishing to use the hotel installations must cover the cost of their stay; otherwise, they will not be given access. Guests attending a group or other special events who do not have a reservation at the hotel will only have access to the areas dedicated to said event.
