Jack & Nikki have reserved a group room block for you! We have three options to choose from - Choose from the adults-only Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas, where the wedding events will occur. OR opt for the Santarena Hotel OR a selection of multi-bedroom villas which are located below Casa Chameleon in the little town of Las Catalinas. Please see below for more details about each one! When: We have rooms reserved from December 2, 2026 through December 7, 2026. Please note that there is three (3) night minimum stay. You are welcome to stay longer, based on availability, or extend your stay elsewhere in Costa Rica. Just let us know and we can help! Las Catalinas is a car-free fully walkable town where you can explore the cobblestone streets with shops, plazas, restaurants, and a yoga studio all within steps from the beach.

Please Note: Flight details should be provided to Explore Your World Vacations at least 3 weeks prior to travel. You will reconfirm your return transfer departure time 24 hours in advance.
- You should fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). Flights are not included.
- The resort is about 1 hour from Liberia Airport and more than 5 hours from San Jose Airport.
- Please do not book your flights until your room is secured, and you receive a confirmation from Explore Your World Vacations.
- Flights should be booked using your name exactly as it appears on your passport.
- Once your flights are booked, please send that information to Explore Your World Vacations so that Airport Transfers can be arranged.

Do We need passports?
Please keep in mind that everyone, including children and infants, must have a valid passport to travel to Costa Rica.
A passport card is not valid for international air travel. A passport book is mandatory.
It is recommended to renew passports with less than 6 months of validity from your return date. While Costa Rica is not strict on the 6 month requirement, it is the ticket agent at the airport that will ultimately decide if you will be allowed to board the flight. Airline employees are often trained to follow the 6 month requirement regardless of country requirements. Are you willing to risk it? Our advice, play it safe.

Are airport transfers included?
Round-trip airport transfers will be added to your package at an extra cost. We must have your flight information within 3 weeks of your departure date. If we do not receive your flight details within 3 weeks of your trip, this will result in your cancellation of your ground transportation. You will not be refunded any costs for transportation. It will be up to you to find transportation to and from the resort if you do not provide the flight details needed for us to arrange transportation.
Make sure you reconfirm your return transfer with the transportation company 48 hours prior to departure. If you are not waiting in the lobby at your assigned pick-up time you will be considered a no-show and will need to have the resort call a taxi at your own expense. Don't miss your transfer!

Please consider tipping your transfer driver $20 to $30 per couple for the 90 minute drive from the airport. They do not work for the all-inclusive resorts and reply on gratuities. It is customary to tip the spa staff 10% - 18% of the cost of your service.
It is appropriate and much appreciated to tip the resort bellman, housekeepers, restaurant waitstaff, pool servers, and bartenders. While a few dollars may not mean much to you, it greatly improves the quality of life for the individuals who work at the resorts, often 6 or 7 days a week.

Can I have a guest stay with me for just part of my stay?
The occupancy of each room should remain the same through the entirety of the reservation. We can potentially book multiple reservations, if needed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF i DON'T BOOK WITH EXPLORE YOUR WORLD VACATIONS?
The bride and groom have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They kindly ask that you book your hotel within our designated group contract through Explore Your World Vacations. Bookings made through Explore Your World Vacations receive the service and support of their chosen destination wedding specialist in addition to the group benefits.
Can I make payments?
Yes! We can sent up a monthly payment schedule. All payments need to be made before the final payment deadline.
